I was under the impression that the housing crisis is mostly in urban areas. According to this article , it is not so!

Is it so crazy to imagine a proposal that we only allow one house per person? Or consider taxing secondary home owners at a higher rate?

No one can live in two places at the same time. We appear to have a nationwide housing crisis in the U.S. Why not consider something that might get closer to the root issues of unaffordability due to scarcity and profitability?
